DUO LINGO is not recording/posting student's points.
The students have been working hard to complete 1000 pts by tomorrow and their status does not show this work. Teachers and students depend on DuoLoingo. Anyone know what is going on? Thanks, we've never had a problem like this before.
Thanks to posts like these, this is now a known bug and we're working on a fix ASAP. We're so sorry for the inconvenience this is causing - we expect a fix soon! If you're a teacher, you may always write to Duolingo directly via email at email@example.com.
Staff members often keep an eye on the Educator forums to help answer questions or note problems people are reporting. In the meantime, there are some Help pages for Educators here. If nothing in those resolves the issue for you, there is also a bug report form here. The bug form is great because it leads you through some of the types of information staff need to help locate the cause of problems.
