Repeated lessons– over and over

I have had to redo the 10th lesson of the 3rd !evel of the Preferences catagory of Spanish four times now. Every time I finish the lesson I am shown that I have still two more lessons to go of the 12. Over and over. I am locked in a Duodingo Infinite unending Hell. I will admit though, it is doing me good. But I prefer to use programs that are not so screwed up! Would really like to be able finish the catagory so as to be able see a level 4. As it is, that appears to be impossible.

Are you on an app or a browser? If an app, reboot your phone. If that doesn't work, uninstall the app, reboot the phone, and reinstall the app.

How's your internet? It's possible that the site never got the message you completed the lesson.

I am using a large Samsung Galaxy Note Pro tablet and not the Duolingo app.

After completing the 10th lesson there occurs a long delay before the Home page comes up with the tree. Duolingo isn't seeing that I completed the lesson.

I am using for Internet service a Sprint hotspot device, which only provides usable service at 3G The thing is utterly whacko. It gives me poor service. I am suspecting that it may be the cause of the stated problem while working good enough for everything else.

I also have an AT&T hotspot device which is superb. I plan to test the situation working the lesson using the Sprint device, and if I still have 10 lessons of the 12 to do, I can run through the lesson again using the AT&T device and see if that makes a difference.

After I wrote the comment I did the problem occured a 5th time.

But the deal is, the Sprint device may work fine next time. I have been using it working the Duoling lessons for some time. Quite some time, really. But like I say, it is screwy. It reboots itself, or just turns off. Or leaves off sending data for no obvious reason. It have seen it tell me that the SIM is incorrect. But is fine on a reboot. Or it can show me the top of a text file of the English words the devices uses. When that happens the single button goes dead. Loverly machine. Not recommend. I use it because of my association with a non-profit telecommunications association. It costs me but little for unlikited use through the organization, while the AT&T's 4G device only alots me 5G of data a month and ten bucks for 10 gigabytes beyond with no ro!lover. AT&T can steal back most off the overcharge. So I like to limit its use. It is great for updating apps. Takes longer to install them than down load them. While it takes a long time to down load anything with the Sprint device. My use of it is a love/hate relationship.

All right. Ran test. First time through the lesson doing precisely as I have been doing and Duolingo saw that I had completed the lesson this time. Went on to completevthe Preferences catagory to a level 4. So have understanding about what was wrong.
