Cannot Take French or German Lessons

Hey, I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem in the past and knows how to fix it. So, the first language I took was Spanish and everything worked fine through that portal, but when I switch to German or French for a native English speaker it will not let me click on any of the lessons. It just shows their icons in grayscale and they are non-active links. I can only take the comprehensive multiple unit tests at the very end of entire sections, but I am unable to click on any of the individual skills to practice or learn them. I also don't have a Strengthen Skills button or a Real World Practice button like I do for my Spanish. I've filed two help requests through the "Contact Us" account and neither have been responded to. I would really like to continue using Duolingo, but if I can't practice my skills or take any lessons, then I'm not really able to use the product. Heeeeeelllllppppp!!!

Thanks for the idea! I didn't even think about it being a browser issue since I was successfully able to access the Spanish sections of the website, but I switched to Google Chrome and it all worked fine. Problem solved.
