I subscribed and cancelled the subscription to Duolingo Plus within minutes of each other on January 3rd, 2019. How can I apply for a full refund? The purchase was made on my Mac desktop and there is nothing showing in iTunes regarding said purchase. Please advise at your earliest convenience.
Lots of luck. I think it's inexcusable that Duolingo offers absolutely no way to contact them even if you're willing to wait a month for a reply. For months I wondered why Duolingo never replies to my "My answer should be accepted". Finally I accidentally found out that they were responding to my wife's email address. She wonders how she can get them to stop contacting her and I'm wondering how I can get them to send the emails they send to her to MY email address. Small staff or not they should have SOME way to be contacted!
I thought that duolingo plus was 6.99 for 12 months. But I got an email saying that I was going to be charged the entire amount? I want to keep duolingo free and was thrilled about having plus just for my own benefit but I really wish that they would have specified that it would be one payment. How are we to get our refund if we cancel at any time if they are charging us all at once? How is there no customer support? I work in customer service, and I recommend duo to EVERYONE. But we need some way to ask questions directly and get a response in a timely fashion.
