Boa sorte!

"À sombra da bananeira" usually means to rest on your laurels doing nothing. It can also imply that you are lazy and not doing what you were supposed to be doing

These Idioms are Portuguese. Not Brazilian! However, some of these idioms might be used in both versions.

    So would "to sit under the shade of a banana tree" mean "to not worry, to relax"?
