French Trees Status

I noticed in this week's incubator status that a couple of the existing language trees other than English to French (those that have been released out of beta and into production) use the incubator status page to update the community about updates to their trees. Updates to the French tree end up being posted in the forum, where they get buried by other posts.

I'm asking that whoever is working on the tree updates post to the incubator pages so that the latest information is readily available.

Thank you

That space is generally for contributors working on tree versions. We're not working on any FR tree versions anymore. The staff is, but they don't use that space or are too busy to give any updates. Besides, that page is not something that people will generally see. So it was decided that the forums is a better way to post any news.

I'm sure other language teams make good use of their own incubator status pages.

I do not believe that it takes so much time to give us at least from 3-4 months the status of the new tree. It is sad that you and other old contributors are not allowed anymore to help the creating of Tree 8 or at least to maintain it. :(
