What is the difference between "e puka" and "e hele"?

Does "Leave the building" work? (As in the building is condemned and everyone has left but the authorities have found one person still in the building.)

I think it does. Of course, hale is a house before it is any other type of building unless context changes it. "Hale pule" "Hale ku'ai" "Hale ki'ioni'oni" "Hale 'aina"
