Streak Repair

Before I post: I've read all of the help posts on Streak Repair, I know about DuoLingo Plus, and I'm not positive this is the correct place to post... so if there is a better place for me to contact, please let me know.

Yesterday I tested out of a section of Spanish. I had well over my 30 daily XP as a result. Today I logged in and it says my streak is gone. I am POSITIVE I completed it, I am positive it was logged (it's still showing complete on my profile). How can I get this corrected?

You seem to have no XP recorded for Sunday 6th January. There are several reasons this could happen (assuming you did study on Sunday). You may have exited the lesson before it was fully ended. If you studied on an app it may not have fully synched with the website. It is always a good idea to have a streak freeze activated for such occasions.

It is eligable to be repaired at a cost but it was a relatively small streak and you will soon earn it back again.

Hi, you can only do this with duolingo plus, once a month. It's on cost, of course.
