"user is suspended" what is it?
guys, hello to everyone.
I am experiencing a problem with my strike due to travelling within different time zones. i tried to report a bug, but systems tells me that my account is suspended.
does anybody know what does it mean and how to react?
What device and OS version?
What app version?
Have you tried to remove and reinstall it?

If you do not repair it today either with the mobile app "streak repair" or by going with "Duolingo Plus" on the web portal the repair option will switch to eligible:FALSE.
This is because "lost ago" is already 3days and usually we see it switching at 4 days.
Current streak 1 would be still working, until this number switches to >2.

Do you use an Amazon Kindle Fire device or something?
The old app version is not compatible anymore with Duolingo and you have to reinstall a new app version by sideloading the Android Play store app.
Obviously you can still login on the www.duolingo.com web portal as you were posting this.
So try to get hooked up for a monthly Plus subscription on the web portal, rather than using the mobile app for the repair.
Odd. I wasn't aware that accounts could be suspended. Are you sure it's your Duolingo account that's suspended, rather than for example your account with your mobile phone carrier? Could you post a screenshot of the message you're getting?
Hi! I am not sure what you mean with this. Is this an error message you are getting on your app? Are you able to get a streak freeze? Is this on Duolingo or on the Help page?
