Someone told me six o'clock was "jam enam". Did I remember it wrong?

Dear Keith, you did not remember it wrong.
jam enam = pukul enam = six o'clock, it's the same.
"pukul enam" is formal, "jam enam" sounds better for daily use.

Something completely different: "pukul-memukul" = "to hit each other"
