Cannot recall Username
- I have Duolinguo PLUS account (Order number and Order date)
- I can not recall my user name
- The email address I have provided/singed in does not lead me to the account I have purchased Duolingo PLUS.
- Much appreciated with any of your help.

LinnaLi4, do you have other email addresses you use, or have used? You can logout of Duolingo, then go to login and click "Forgot password". That will ask you to enter an email address. You can try all your email addresses, use the password mailed to each of them to login, and see where Duolingo Plus is found.
Do you have an email confirming the order? The email account it was sent to would be the one to use.
How did you purchase Duolingo PLUS: through the website, through the app, through the Apple Store?
Also, did you perhaps create your account through Google or Facebook, rather than directly with an email address?

1. I also believe the email I used to purchase Duolinguo PLUS is the one I have been using throughout times, however, it showed me a new account when I try to log in with the same semail address. I did purchase through the app. 2. I have asked friend I followed on leadboard, my used name shows like : 441.L+r/RPcl7DEV, so I wonder if there is a techno issue. 3. The fb/googlemail I tried to log in but all appears to be a new account.
