I need help trying to remember each difference in Spanish. I get confused when words change so easy.

Try tinycards. They are useful.

Unfortunately, there is no magical way to memorize such things. Everyone's brain is different. But there are some ideas you can play around with and that I find helpful:

  1. Use TinyCards as @Flumen91 said

  2. Use the "Words" tab at the top of home page

  3. As you complete a new lesson, write any words and their translations in a notebook

  4. Make flashcards and go through them as often as you can. Set a timer and make it your goal to be able to look at a word and translate it within seconds

  5. Cut back on the amount of time practicing on Duolingo. Give yourself a break and don't sit at the computer until you feel that you can't stay awake to get up. Practice for a reasonable amount of time.

  6. Don't make it your goal to pack Spanish into your short-term memory. Make it your goal to pack it into your long-term memory! That's really key!

Hope I gave you at least one good idea! Best regards/SbC

Do you mean changes in verb forms?

(verb)

yo - nosotros

tu - vosotros

el/ella - ellos/ellas

usted - ustedes

Setting them up in a grid groups all the forms together so you can see the relationship between them. The same pattern can apply to several different verbs, so that might make it easier to memorize.
