Help with a saving progress
My subscription just ran out, as I was trying it out for a month to see how much I liked Duolingo, and as I liked it very much I want to do renew my subscription.
When I do renew it, how do I keep or revive all of my progress thus far, which was quite substantial?

I am now on the free duo Longo and it did not save any of my past levels. Started totally fresh. My question is, if I sign up for pay again, will I get my levels back!!
Oh that sucks. It’s not at all how I would expect it to work. Is it possible that you have two different accounts and are signed in under the wrong one?

No you won't.
Maybe you have done some lessons OFFLINE (more than 10? more than 1-2 skills??) and now you cannot sync your progress from the mobile app back to the online server as you are missing the Plus feature??
If you have been in online mode or at least connected from WLAN/3G/LTE once per day all the lessons should have been submitted to the Duolingo server!

Are you sure you use the same account and not a different user account on the mobile app and you are logged in?
The question is: What is stored locally on your mobile app (offline).
10 lessons across 1-2 skills are FREE with the "10 lesson cache mode" and AFAIK Plus is not really required.
Thanks for your help. I’m not clear on what all you are saying. If I sign up for the pay program again, will I lose all my progress? I did do a little off line but not much.

You won't lose it weather you go for a) Plus or b) decide you keep going without Plus

Rebels780, did you log into the other device with your existing Duolingo account that you used on the first device? Did you that before starting another lesson from scratch on the new device?
