What are the other steps to learning Korean? x
So, I need advice -again-!
Other than Duolingo, what other steps can I take to learn Korean well???
Sorry to say, a tutor isn't an option at the moment ^^
On the Internet, there are many good apps to learn languages and it is important that you adapt them or not! Apart from Duo, there are many good apps! I will suggest a few apps for you!
Super cute and helpful!!
It uses a chat format along with regular lessons to help you learn korean. It’s super cute and fun to use! Good for practice with pronunciation and spelling.
Love this app!! Cannot say enough about it!! Get it!
It’s great for anyone who is trying to learn Korean, Japanese or Chinese. This app is best suited for absolute beginners as you are required to start from the basics (Hangeul) if you’re not a beginner.
Similar to LINGODEER. Good place to start practicing hangeul.
Limited free content but if you can spend the $$ then you’ll unlock some really amazing features.
They are sure to have a book for your specific needs.
It is one of the most popular online Korean resources, Talk to Me in Korean is taught by native Korean speakers who have broken things down into easy to understand sections.
Anyway, I hope it helps you!~
Love you, Mia~
Do you remember me?
Yes I would have to say that Lingodeer and Talktomeinkorean have helped me out so much I mean I have only been studying Korean for a fews months seriously now so I am still quite the beginner but those two resources have really helped with my confidence in reading Korean and speaking it they are wonderful <3
Hey Linh!!! Course I remember- did you change your username?x Suppperrrr helpful I downloaded all the apps you mentioned and they're really helping!!!!
Love you too!
- Oh! Yes! I changed my username! Haha, thanks! I hope it helps you, Mia!
I don’t fully understand what you mean by ‘steps’ but I’m going to assume you mean apps/websites. I recommend these- Apps: Lingodeer, Memrise (Memrise also has a website) Websites: HowToStudyKorean, KoreanClass101
(By the way I love your profile picture and username! ;D)
If you have the ability, there is a book that you can order on sites like Amazon, it's called "Korean from Zero" and there are 3 of these books, they are workbooks that should be a good substitute to your basics learning. I personally own the first one but I haven't tried it much due to the lack of time.
hey! Thank you so much! I was looking for a book recommendation online so this really helped me xxx
Anything that makes you use the language. At least for me, even if I notice that I understand like a small handful of things, I still find it hard to use the language when I try to. Reading, listening and doing exercises don't really train writing, talking and making your own sentences so you're gonna have to do that yourself.
Sorry, but I just had to say that i'm happy that there's other BTS lovers on here!
i'm chilling in class right now. oh yeah - do you guys know any other ARMY's on here?
AWE-some!!! I just was wondering because no one has mentioned themselves being an ARMY yet. At least - I havn't seen anyone comment about them.
That doesn't mean there is no ARMY here! There are many ARMY in the world! I am a Vietnamese ARMY!
Are you an American ARMY too? I just am wondering. Yes, I have gmail. But I don't check it daily. But if want to know, my name is: a horse is my life .com (no spaces)
- Can you give me your gmail? We can make friend!
But, do you have gmail?
I'm ...Inoue_Suzu...! Sorry for having to use this nick but Duo forum is having hacker!
- Haha! Sir, I'm a Vietnamese ARMY!
I understand! I also have a lot of foreign friends like you in gmail! Like you, they don't check it daily! But they still spend a little time talking to me!
This sounds really random - but does anyone want to post a thing for all the ARMY's?!?
