Can I "undo" a report submitted in error.

Do you mean an Error Report or Bug Report? You can send a follow-up BR and advise the previous one was sent in error, if you really want to. I shouldn't worry about the ER. It is easy to have second thoughts, I've done it a couple of times, and Duo won't action it. Just move on and perhaps double-check next time. Happy learning...
