You can't. If the urban legend was true everyone would speak God knows how many languages by now. But that is something people will always dream of as most of the people want all the results with zero work. :D Yes, there are results that suggest that hearing the words you've already learned repeatedly while you sleep might help you to learn those words bette. That being said it should also be noted that a good sleep is an irreplaceable part of learning as that's when your brain goes through everything you've learned and moves stuff to your long-term memory. So I wouldn't disturb that process. :)

I tried it the other time and when I woke up I knew some words in Korean that I didn't even know. For example, I started saying 그것은 물론 맛있습니다 which means "It's delicious, of course" and many more that I actually forgot how to say...
