I don't understand why the English translation says: "to" Moravia and not "in" Moravia. I "go to" Moravia, and then I "am in" Moravia. Or am I wrong?

Both "to" and "in" are accepted.

No. You can say, "How many times have you been to Moravia," but you can't say, "Do you remember how many times have you been to Moravia."

In a sentence like this, the word order has to be "you have been." Here, the question is whether or not you remember something about some fact -- Question: Do you remember how many times)... Statement of Fact: ... you have been to Moravia. (I hope this makes some sense!)
