Why is it 'oe makemake and not makemake 'oe ?

When using the negative (‘a‘ole) and a pronoun as subject (like ‘oe, au, or ‘o ia), the pronoun goes between the negative and the verb. When using a proper noun or a regular noun as the subject, it follows the verb.
