Difference between "Hindi Devanagri - INSCRIPT" keyboard and "Hindi Traditional Keyboard"
I have Windows 10 and just enabled Hindi. Also enabled two Keyboards, "Hindi Devanagri - INSCRIPT" keyboard and "Hindi Traditional Keyboard"
What's the difference between the INSCRIPT and Traditional?
INSCRIPT contains additional Devanagari letters of ऒ ऎ ऩ ऴ that aren't found on the Traditional keyboard. The Traditional keyboard contains all the letters you would ever need to type in Hindi. These additional letters aren't used in Hindi, but in non-Devanagari Indian languages and are used for transliterating them into Devanagari

Note that you will also never see ङ ऱ ळ य़ (found on both keyboards) in Hindi. Usage of ङ् is replaced with ं.
