This newspaper is great too - specifically made for Norwegian learners (government supported project) and beginner/intermediate levels:

Lexin.udir.no is also a great resource. The site offers online Norwegian dictionaries for a number of languages such as Polish, Russian, Tamil, Thai, Arabic, Urdu, Dari, Vietnamese... there's even Nynorsk -- English and Nynorsk -- Bokmål. Worth checking out as it's made for students and offers declension/conjugation info and pronunciation audio (sometimes pretty off/weird, but overall not bad). Search results also contain related idioms.

I deeply recommend this blog, it covers not only aspects of Norwegian language but also dwells a bit into the culture and geography. https://norwegian123.com/
