My favorite:

Aua!

What you say when you hit your finger with a hammer ;) I love it. In every other language that I know it is just "Au" or "Aa", somehow the German one sounds funnier :D

Aua, Au and Autsch are synonymous

Thanks. That's something I've not been sure of for a while. Surprised I keep forgetting about the genitive.

Great list! I've never been sure how to pronounce 'igitt', I've only read it in books. I also like how Germans say 'Haaaaallo?' to get someone's attention. A lecturer I had in Munich used to say it whenever the class was too noisy.

I usually just jump into interjections I know from another languages like "嗨呀 haiya" from Mandarin

I think interjections are something hard to use, to speak. They sound so much more natural in your native language, I feel like it should be universal!
