"They are waiting for you."
It's a bit like "Apparently they are waiting for you" / "It seems they are waiting for you" / "They are probably waiting for you"... something like that. But it's not exactly the same, so not a proper translation I guess. I think there is no equivalent word in English, unfortunately.
Yes, like "eben" and "doch" these words don't always have an exact English equivalent. They are quite common though.
