Ho parlato con una coppia italiana l'altro giorno.
Sono rimasti impressionati dal modo in cui pronuncio e parlo la lingua.
I still have trouble with listening to spoken Italian. 3 sentences can be spoken while i'm still comprehending the first sentence. It's like trying to play tetris on grandmaster speed.
Ciao Ash. I'm just the same. But getting better though at not trying to "hear" every single word. The listening exercises that Muss suggested are a big help. A dopo...
I too have the same problem, if I speak with an English or a German.
Then, i say: speak slowly, slowly, please :-)
Ben fatto Cj. It is a good feeling. I talk with Vincenzo, a cashier at our local supermarket, and he is very complimentary. I hope you're still enjoying Duo - have you done the reverse tree? It's really good. Tanti auguri... Linda
Grazie Linda, I still enjoy using Duo (even though it's not the only app I use). I have not finished the reversed tree btw.
I use apps called Mondly and Learn 50 Languages. I also use some websites (I forgot to mention). These are a few sites I use: for short stories (nurseries)- theitalianexperiment.com, for conversational italian- studyitalianlanguage.org and oneworlditaliano.com (this site teaches a lot).
Complimenti! Si vuoi bellezza sapere, italiano devi ascoltare e parlare. (Grammaticamente corretto?)
Giusto tranne la costruzione e qualche virgola: "bellezza, se vuoi sapere, devi ascoltare e parlare italiano." :-) . Vale per tutto !
Vuole dire: questa frase (la SUA frase) vale (serve) per tutte le lingue. it means: This sentence is for all languages (a little idiomatic, sorry:-)
Capisco. Molto gentile. In any case, Italian would be the most beautiful language in terms of euphony ... everything else considered equally, it's the tongue I'd prefer being yelled at in!
