Por

Para

Use para for: -time (deadlines) -recipient -purpose -opinion -employment -future/point in time -direction -concession

Tengo que terminar esto para las ocho. I need to finish this by eight o'clock.

Muy and Mucho are used in the way "very" and "a lot" are used.

Muy

-muy is used before adverbs or adjectives

(adjective) El teléfono es muy moderno. The telephone is very modern. (adverb) Jorge llegó a la reunión muy tarde. Jorge arrived at the meeting very late.

Mucho

-mucho can be an adjective, adverb or pronoun

(adjective) Tengo mucho dinero. I have a lot of money. (adverb) Te quiero mucho. I love you a lot. (pronoun) No necesito más comida, tengo mucho en mi plato. I don't need more food, I have a lot on my plate.
