Duome not updating strength

Spanish from English for the last couple off weeks duome doesn't seem to be updating degraded strengths, even after having practised 4-5 times. Anyone else experiencing this?

Duome is a service that is provided by a third party which is unaffiliated with Duolingo. It's run by an individual that developed and maintains Duome as a hobby, working on it in his spare time. What exactly would you have Duolingo's staff do?

Duome doesn't display updated strengths, because the individual words shown under the "Words" tab at Duolingo are stuck at low strength. So yes, this is Duolingo's problem and it should be fixed in Duolingo's staff work time. It is good to get off your high horse sometimes.

Duome doesn't display updated strengths, because the individual words shown under the "Words" tab at Duolingo are stuck at low strength.

Most likely because Duolingo changed their underlying data structure with recent (relatively speaking) updates, and it's no longer exposing the data that Duome relied upon via that API. The words page itself (and the vocabulary overview API it is built from) is an ancillary feature that doesn't seem to have received much dev attention in years. It's such a non-priority most language courses don't even have it, so it's no surprise that it's also out of date.
