Lost account (dissassociated account) using google log in.
We have a class set of tablets that are being shared with multiple classes. We are using duolingo on chrome since the app does not support multiple google connections.
Students will log in with their school-provided google email, and then ideally log off from both duolingo and google so that the next student may log in.
I have had a couple of students that did something that changed the association of the duolingo account to a different google account. I have manually changed the email address in the profile settings, but now when the student signs into duolingo with the google account, the email address of the wrong student shows up.
Is there a way to fix this? I know which students have had their accounts re-associated and with which student they were re-associated with. Manually changing the email does not work. Is their an admin way of doing this on the back end?
