Cancelled a pre-paid, annual PLUS account - 'benefits' immediately gone. How to get a refund???
I just cancelled my pre-paid, annual PLUS account (the next renewal date was March 2020), with the understanding that the benefits (Health shield, etc) that I have already paid for would continue until Feb 2020.
However, those benefits have already disappeared from my account. The Health Shield is gone from iOS, etc.
Given that I pre-paid for a year - why is this happening? Am I eligible for a refund?

I had a similar problem, I signed up for the free trial, cancelled it and it immediately disappeared. A few days later my benefits have come back, unsure if I have actually cancelled or not now... wish they would fix this.
