I have a big problem with duolingo plus, I applied for free use of several days of the application, but after they took more money from me that I thought I set as a subscription annually, every other day now they take the same amount and there is a reservation of the same amount in the account. I reported this problem to my bank, but is this about cyber crime?

How could I stop this robbery?
