Jeres and Din/Dit/Dine

I was wondering what the difference between "Jeres" and "Din/Dit/Dine" was as they both translate to your/yours. I'm assuming that one is plural and one is singular but I wasn't sure which. Tak!

"Din, dit, dine" are all singular, "Jeres" is plural.
