Translation:You trusted them. Now your friend has died.

April 9, 2019

I had said "You trusted them. Your friend has now died." with the word 'now' later in the sentence but it was marked wrong. Would this not work as a valid translation?

In Klingon the time stamp must come before the OVS and so we get used to thinking of it there when in a Klingon context. However, in English, you do have some flexibility in where to place it, so I have now added some other options (including the one you tried) to the accepted answers.

Thanks! I've gotten used to putting the time at the beginning in Klingon but I have a tendency to place it in weird places in my everyday English, so I appreciate it!
