Audio not in sync with question/answer German/Dutch imac firefox
In German phrases and Dutch basics 2 the audio is one off from the question/answer. It gives audio from the previous question. Ignoring the audio and trying to give the answer from what is written gets marked as correct. Thanks for your help.
I'm on Chrome (Windows) and having the same problem with Spanish for English speakers. For listening questions, I have to click on the audio icon again to hear the actual sentence I'm supposed to type.
I am noting this same problem in Spanish for English speakers right now. I am hearing two different audio prompts at the same time, usually one for the current prompt at the same time as the audio for the previous prompt. I have used Duolingo for two years. I have never had this problem before.
For the techies, I tried clearing my cache. It didn't help. I also updated Chrome. I am on Chrome for Windows, Version 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit).
I am also having the same problem in English for Spanish speakers. Additionally, Duolingo just stopped crediting XPs and completed lessons (in English for Spanish speakers), so I guess I will call it a day!
Got the same bug in German right now. You can move forward but it is annoying as you sometimes get two different audios playing simultaneously (the previous one and the "right" one) or you simply get the previous one played.
Same thing in Swedish.
Update 2 hours later: Just did two lessons on Safari without any problems. Fingers crossed that it's fixed now!
Same happens on Windows 10 Firefox.
When two audio exercises occur one after another, the audio for the first exercise is played for the second.
Interesting that it says "Tap".
Also confirmed in Korean.
Same here in Swedish.
Furthermore in Safari, when moving along the box where to put the answer, is overlapping the text that says what to do (write this in english etc).
I can't do a thing now - can't read what to write while the sound gives the previous question.
I got this in Spanish, it also doesn't tell you the name for the images so you don't know what to click, and I've been stuck with an exercise that doesn't show you any options to finish the sentence, so I can't even go further and keep exercising...
Having the same issue in French. You can let the audio play the first time and then click the audio "PLAY" button that looks like a little speaker and it will replay the audio from just the current question.
Having the same problem in German, hearing audio from the previous question instead of the current one, some answer boxes are misplaced to the top of the screen and some questions have no way of answering them, just a blank question with no box at all to fill in. Just started today, I am on Safari.
I am having the same problem, doing Portuguese from English, using Chrome. It's very frustrating.
Yes the same for me in Spanish, hearing the previous audio, I'm using internet explorer. The lessons are also taking an age to load. Fingers crossed it is fixed soon.
Well, at least we'll get fed a double dosage. The more the merrier! I'm sure it'll be fixed tho :)
