One particular mistake in it - the right for people to use Welsh in courts was formalised in the 'Welsh Courts Act' of 1942 which was designed to remove any doubt that Welsh could be used in a court by "any party or witness who considers that [they] would otherwise be at any disadvantage by reason of [their] natural language of communication being Welsh".

That 1942 Act was repealed by the 'Welsh Language Act' of 1993, which incorporated those rights.
