This is presumably what Maltz blurted out when Marc Okrand presented him with a hamburger.
Ha'DIbaH can also be understood as "meat", i.e. "sloppy meat with bread".
So basically, you have to describe the hamburger because the name is confusing.
How would you say "sloppy joe"?
