Multiple Choice Question.
Tu as ___ ca. There are no choices to be made which puts the respondent into an endless loop. Then the session is incomplete. Please fix so sessions can be completed.
Just encountered this too. Was asked to 'Select the missing word', but the rest of my screen is completely blank. I'll submit a bug report. I'm on a mac; is DL telling me to stop using Safari?
did this get sorted out? I'm not smart enough to find 'troubleshooting' on the DL site, but I did ask for a bug fix yesterday
Just tried to complete a lesson using Safari, and found the reported problems still exist. [27/4/19]
There appears to be a bug when displaying a web page on Safari.
I've seen three symptoms:
- The one you describe where fill in the blank choices are missing,
- select the right answer choices are piled up on each other - see this post - https://forum.duolingo.com/comment/31895049
- third - the word bank choices are either hidden entirely or partially visible.
Also, when asked to translate a word accompanied by a picture, the answer box goes across the middle of the picture and completely obliterates the word you are meant to translate
Two of these three items are now working for me. Only the fill in the blank is not working now.
I am having the same problem as is being reported by the others on this forum: answers piled on top of each other, missing accent choice bars, and, the worst, absent answers to "select the missing word" and no way to answer this question and progress out of the lesson. I have submitted a report to Duolingo also. This problem began yesterday and remains today. I hope Duolingo will fix this problem soon!
Ditto! I am using the web version on ipad and had all three occur. Got down to the last question of the lesson and couldn't finish it because there was no word there. Lost the whole lesson.
Problem in Tinycards used with Duolingo Stories. After working for a few minutes, the dialog boxes presenting 3 choices are all empty, and will not work for the remainder of the session, and even carries over into new logins.
This problem occurs in Win 10, in both Firefox and Chrome. It does not occur in Edge. When the problem starts in Firefox, I can switch to Edge and finish the stack. If I then restart the stack in Firefox, the problem is still there.
