I can't do Duo!!! Please help!

Dear Duo people, There is a serious problem in Rest. 2. Every thing is off. i tried scrolling down, nothing happened. the only thing i can do with somewhat certainty, Is to type. I am doing (Duoling) this on a MacBook.

Edit: this happens with all things, not just Restaurant 2.

What browser?
Any add-ons or extensions?

Have you tried a different browser?
Have you tried a different OS?
Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

I don't have a different browser. And i'm using Safari. No ad-ons, or extensions. I don't know what a OS is. (at least i don't remember) Yes.

Just what I've been getting; several users - and I - asked for this to be fixed before the weekend but it looks as if we have to do without until the geeks can sort the problem. I do it on Mac too. It's annoying me, since I've lost a 400odd streak, but the service does come for free!!

So annoying. Oh well. I probably spend to much time on a screen anyway. Thank you for trying!

Can you explain what is going wrong? What you are expecting and in which way that's not being provided? Your post is super vague.

All of the letters, and other things are crunched up into a bundle, so i can't read anything.

Best if you send a screenshot so people understand what you're saying. Sounds like you've zoomed out very far on your browser. And the phrase "restaurant 2" doesn't mean anything to us, but you've said it's irrelevant anyway. But also you said you could type, and we don't know what you're referring to by that. Have you tried logging on via someone else's computer? You can always log out afterwards. "OS" is what kind of computer, like Mac or Windows PC or iPhone etc

You could try installing Google Chrome on your device. It is an alternative to Safari.

What does "can't access it" mean? Have you tried a Windows Computer?
