Thanks for pointing that out - I've edited it on our side, but I don't know how long it will take before it actually goes live on the website so you guys can see it.

Upvoting so hopefully a contributor will see
Feels like there needs to be an easier way to report things like this.
Maybe a sticky thread or something for reporting issues, but I could see that getting spammed and hard to keep track of...
This question has a typo in its accepted answer "desudesu". And many of the new kanji that have been added don't have audio files attached to them yet

You mean you aren't familiar with the famous "ですです" form? xD

I've fixed it, but it might take some time before it corrects itself on the user side.

As to your suggestion of having a thread - I really do wish that that sort of thing would actually work out, but things like freewrite reports (which are no longer available on most platforms) and user suggestions have convinced me that we really can't have nice things because they just become full of spam, profanity, and blatantly incorrect grammar from people who refused to check the sentence discussion. I have little doubt that it would be all that helpful in the long run.

We have no control over the audio playing properly with new kanji - in fact, there are a good number of words that are just in hiragana that don't play audio correctly. Duolingo is aware of the issue, though, so hopefully there's some improvement in that area forthcoming.

Thank you ehartz! xD
Yeah I figured that would be the case. The most convenient features also tend to be the most easily abused.
I wasn't sure how much control contributors had over audio, if any at all. I knew audio adjustments do get made but I wasn't sure who was responsible for those. Thanks for letting me know :)
I'm glad we have you snooping the forums for topics like this <3
