Duo lingo saved me....
I was vistting a reletive in Mexico and was boarding the bus the bus driver only spoke spanish and i was able to tell him where i needed to go Thanks to DuoLingo
Thank you DuoLingo And all that you have taught me
Gran trabajo! Me encanta ver cosas como esta en los foros. Sigue aprendiendo. :)
I am on level 11 but I know more than what shows on duo. I self teach on other platforms and websites, aside from taking notes from websites. Your levels do not represent your knowledge.
So?? What does that have to do with what skills they know or not?? No need to be rude.
I don't understand why anyone would thumb this comment down. That is super cool!
I think it might have been a more "I'm in awe of you" kind of comment, I don't think .Sierra117 meant it in a bad way.
Maybe I’m biased as a Finn but how much Spanish do you need to know when you are boarding a bus? I guess numbers are useful if you don’t want to be ripped off but other than that, I’d imagine you would survive without any Spanish.
That's awesome, we keep learning and we all will be able to gain more confidence and perhaps enjoy talking with the bus driver verses simple directions.
That’s awesome! I know a few people who do not have English as their first language, and I understand them a bit, because of Duo.
