Is it mandatory to say "tafadhali" after "kaa". I wrote "Tafadhali kaa" and it was rejected. I just want to know. Thank you.

The word order shouldn't matter here. Another polite way to say 'have a seat' is Karibu kiti: Welcome to the chair!
