Italian skill tree

I have been experiencing a lot of problems with my Italian skill tree lately. I cleared the third shortcut and the lesson on past perfect verbs and got 2000+ points for doing so but now Duolingo says that I have yet to clear the level 3 shortcut (along with 5 more lessons). Please look into the matter as I have put in a lot of time and effort to attempt and clear all those lessons.
