'are you in accordance' was accepted Nov 26, 2014. (In my opinion, this is the best translation.)

What on earth...? (Dean, are you joking?) In what universe does one ask either of those questions to a friend (it is tú estas, note) rather than "do you agree?" It is a shame poor little Duo is being forced to accept such bizarre translations as acceptable.

What about "Do you concur?" That is a bit more formal and I feel that could even be more fitting here.
