My answer "Rytsas Ynoma arghiilaa?" was marked wrong. I thought "ī" can be replaced by "ii" and "ā" can be replaced by "aa"?

Mostly yes. If this is not the case in this sentence, report it. Usually it is an oversight and will be fixed.

I got marked wrong both "Rytsas! Ynoma arghiilaa?" and "Rytsas! Ynoma arghiilaat?". Somewhere there must be a bug that does not recognize/accept double vowels
