Apa saya punya telah perbuatan

I don't understand what you're trying to say with this sentence.
The grammar in this sentence is not correct.
It looks like a word-for-word translation from an English sentence.

'saya punya telah' ==> 'I have already ...' ==> It looks like you want to use 'punya' as an auxiliary verb in the Indonesian sentence, but it's not used like that in Indonesian.
'punya' = to have, to possess ==> 'punya' shows possession, ownership.

I am saying What I have been doing

Edit: Which is "Yg sudah kulakukan"

Aha..okay...Yes, that is much better.

That's the passive voice.

==> 'saya punya telah membantu ... ' ==> 'I have already helped ... ??' / 'I have been helped ... ??'
I think you want to use 'punya' as an auxiliary verb here as well.
I'm not sure what you're trying to say here, I think it's the second sentence :
1) I have helped ... ==> Saya telah/sudah membantu ...
2) I have been helped by ... ==> Saya telah/sudah dibantu oleh ...

Aku juga dibingung tulisannya. Mungkin dia menulis di bahasa Inggris dan kita coba menerjemah?

I am confused with her writing. Maybe if she wrote in English and we try translate?

Begitu bisa cari salah?
