I am Russian and want to improve my skills with yt content

Hi, everyone! Could you tell me, as English-speaking people, what are you like to watch on YouTube. I would like to discover some new channels in English. I want to know how to hear and understand the speech. I am interested in geography, travel, politics and blogs about life in USA. If you want to, I can also tell you about Russian yt-channels

P.S. If I made any mistakes, please mark it for me, I will be thankful

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjIFw2Ic__s This series may be helpful and fun. You can slow YouTube down, too.

Also, there are a lot of classics in literature that can help you understand the history of people in the U.S. Here's a fun book that is an American Classic and includes the text as it is being read. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4PDohlr0Jw

Good luck and your English is very good. I do not know your age so I'm sorry if these are basic. I hope others can suggest helpful channels for you too.

We are not allowed to mention ages here, really, for security reasons, but thank you. You could just say "I'm a young person"...lol.

Totally agree about classics in literature.

You can also just google for "top books in [insert your favorite genre]".
And then you can try to find audio versions of these books on Youtube.

Might be a weird one, but I like listening to Russian music to learn new words and stuff. Maybe listening to English language music would help? I picked this one specifically because this musician posted a few video blogs talking about music, so it might add some specific vocab? I think he also has Russian tours, maybe you could help him out, too :)

Also, would love Russian channels to watch for new words without being educational or for school, like natural speech kinda stuff :)

Привет) You would ask “...what do you like to watch on YouTube?” In the rest, there are no mistakes If you like to see life of English speakers, go to YouTube and search ‘vlogs’ For Russian channels, there is one called Utopia Show (my favorite). Are there any similar ones? Thank you, and good luck)
