Looking for german bands/singers recommendations!
Hallo, leute. I've been wondering if you guys could leave some german music recommendations here since it helps boosting vocabulary and listening skills. I'm already familiar with Glasperlenspiel, Mark Foster and Max Giesinger, and I would really love to add new names to my playlist. Dankeschön!

On the note of Neue Deutsche Harte, I'm a bit surprised if you haven't heard of Rammstein. They're rather well-known and just released their first new album in ten years: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gqhe46Vj2Tk

If the medieval folk is to your liking, you could look into Die Streuner: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPP6gk_Y6Vg
Oomph! is also an option if you're looking for Neue Deutsche Harte: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2k4Xgm9dDMg

An alternative/pop group with some nice tunes:
- one of the most successful german speaking pop singers/rapers and also one of the first, he made the only german language song to ever reach a #1 in the US Billboard charts. He sings in German but also English and sometimes Italian and likes to mix languages. He was active in the 80s and 90s and has sadly passed away.
I have included links too, both artists are from Austria.
Song suggestions: Holz, Holland, Wieder Da, Save money, Go Ninja, Igitt, Gravitacion, Schiessegal, Auseinanda, Abgehn!
Die Draufgänger (Covers/ Austrian Schlager/Volksmusik)
Song suggestions: Die Hektar Hat 2.0, Johnny Deere, Gina Lisa, Cordula Grün, Looking for Freibier, Hey was geht ab (What's up), Is mir egal, Holz. Those are parody and/or covers. Others:
Pfusch die Mauer, Mit Herz und Freund a Musikant.
Die Prinzen (A cappella/pop/rock)
Song suggestions: Mein Fahrrad, Deutschland, Alles nur geklaut, Küssen verboten.

I don't know if you have Spotify, but just in case I'll put a link in for my German playlist, which I've been adding to pretty regularly now that I'm using duolingo. But here's a list of my favorite artists, many of which I haven't seen listed yet!
Culcha Candela - German/Spanish reggae/dancehall/hip hop/house Seeed - German/Patois reggae/dancehall/hip hop - Peter Fox: One of Seeed's vocalists who has his own solo music in the same genres (all German) He's not on Spotify but he is on iTunes Cro - rap/hip hop 257ers - rap/hip hop Prinz Pi - also labeled rap but he's pretty chill Akustikrausch - house music Faun - medieval folk, which someone else mentioned!
There's a handful of songs I've got by a few other bands (Kontra K, Sido, SXTN, Wincent Weiss, Bausa, Johannes Oerding, and some others) but these are my absolute favorites. If you don't have Spotify they all should be on YouTube as well, and perhaps mixed in on iTunes and Pandora.
