I thought "Apakah surat ini resmi" would be correct? can you please explain why it is not. When "Surat ini" means this letter. So Apakah is a question, I thought it would naturally follow that "Apakah Surat ini resmi" would be correct.
"Apakah surat ini resmi?" = Is this letter official?
"Apakah ini surat resmi?" = Is this an official letter?
The same thing happened to me, I am wondering the same thing.
The MCQ option offered here is "apa ini surat resmi" but I thought "apakah" (as in the discussion post above) was the better choice when asking a yes/no question. Is that right? Can someone clarify?
