Right, but four little corrections: una cipolla media - gouda, cheese and town of Holland - tagliare tutto in piccoli pezzi - lasciar riposare (i think so, it's right ?) un'ora. Bye

Yeah, it's gouda. I would add:

  • 2 cucchiaio (Tabelspoon) acido -> 2 cucchiai d'aceto
  • 200 grammi di prosciutto posteriore -> 200 grammi di prosciutto cotto

Thanks! Right, I have to put spoons in plural, too.

Thanks! We also say in German let a salad pull or let it pull through. Don't you know the expression in Italian?

When I said cheese, I meant Dutch Gauda.

I don't understand: perhaps "mescolare l'insalata"? (To mix) or riposare (to rest) ?. We don't use "tirare" :-/

Okay! No not mix, then the expression "let rest" was correct.

Cucchiaio is normally understood as "tablespoon", but should different spoons be used, as in this recipe, cucchiaio (in full, cucchiaio da tavola) is "tablespoon", and cucchiaino (in full: cucchiaino da caffè) is "teaspoon".

I thought there might be a difference there, too, thanks.
