Display problems on my laptop
Display of Duolingo on my laptop (Lenovo Yoga720 model) is inadequate for practice sessions using th Wordbank. Often several word choice options are hidden view by the size of the panel. Likewise, chosen words are also sometimes hidden from view. It would seem that this should not be hard to rectify. Please arrange for your technicians to verify this problem and rectify it.
This happens during my Polish lesson as well... It's as if the App (on computer with Windows 8) is trying to fit all the words on to 1 line but they're too big so they over-lap and half of them can't be seen or chosen. But this only started happening a week, or so ago. Before that the display was fine. The "Type what you hear" display also started appearing buggy then too. The icons that I click to hear the phrase are too big and cover over where I'm supposed to type. I can mostly see what I'm typing, but I can't choose the letters with accents below because the icon overlaps and just plays the phrase again when I try to select a letter. Did I change a font size setting without knowing it? If so, how do I change it back?
I have this problem too, I can't complete some of the exercises because of it. It is very annoying!
Change the zoom on your screen (zoom out) - On a mac it's Command and the minus key. On a PC, it's Control and the minus key.
