Dead languages and others

Is duolingo ever planning on doing any dead languages, like a Tangut, and Sanskrit?

And where can people go to collaborate with a course? I want to make Mongolian course. But it is not started

AFAIK neither Sanskrit nor Mongolian are dead languages?

Anyways, Latin is in the incubator: https://incubator.duolingo.com/courses/la/en/status

See this thread for new courses: https://forum.duolingo.com/comment/15014194 - Here is the linked Mongolian thread: https://forum.duolingo.com/comment/10382657 See this page for courses that are available for contributing to: https://incubator.duolingo.com/

Yes thank you, in my subject I put Dead languages and others

Thank you for the links I appreciate it so much

It's hard to create a dead language course, just because it's dead! Duolingo needs people who know the language very well! It's hard sometimes, I think it's good but Duolingo can make it.

Learn a language in just 5 minutes a day. For free.
