lusin vs selusin?

https://www.duolingo.com/profile/WayangOrang

lusin = dozen

1 lusin = satu lusin = selusin = 1 dozen
2 lusin = dua lusin = 2 dozens
3 lusin = tiga lusin = 3 dozens
etc...

The same as :

ratus = hundreds ==> seratus = one hundred.
ribu = thousands ==> seribu = one thousand.
etc...

'se-' prefix when used like this means "1, one"
