In Brazil most of the words you hear on the street are expressions of words abbreviation. (estiver) = (tiver) (estava) = (tava) (para que?) = (pra que?)

Now the word (ai) is an expression that can be of pain, instaisfaction, amazed, envy, usually used as a joke or a charismatic phrase for example (ai que lindo) = (oh so beatifull) = representation of an amazed phrase.

Now the word (já) has the sense of when there are individuals in a running marathon and the referee talks (já) or when your boss is in a hurry and asks (você já terminou) = (Have you finished?) in the sense that he is in a hurry and uses the term (já) to represent it ... how (Finish this fast, is the task ready??)

já = already já = go já = "you are in a hurry and ask a person to finish with your task now" já terminou = (Finish this fast, is the task ok??) (já) means for the most part a fast.

Also, "tiver" can be the subjunctive form or the verb "ter": "se você tiver ..." = "if you have..."

"Passei o olho rápido" (expressão para: ler rápido, sem prestar muita atenção, mas ao mesmo tempo procurando entender o que foi dito ou se está certo etc), e parece estar certo o que ele disse! Boa garoto!
